Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify additional sales opportunities through service excellence.
- Capable of handling repetitive duties efficiently possesses excellent communication and organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative, upbeat approach to work
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Controls or equivalent
- Ideally with 2 - 4 years of Build Environment Industry
- Good to have knowledge of ACMV/BMS in Building Sector
