Your Responsibilities As a Indirect Tax Manager
In your role as a Indirect Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing Indirect Tax advisory and compliance services to clients, ensuring effective navigation of GST-related matters in the Financial Services industry. You will manage a diverse range of issues, from routine compliance tasks to complex cross-border transactions, while working with a growing team to tackle the challenges of the dynamic indirect tax landscape. You will deliver other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success and development of the team, with direct reporting to Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners.
You will be expected to be committed to personal growth and understand how you work contributes to the team and business priorities. You should demonstrate accountability, strong communication and relationship-building skills, integrity and a collaborative approach.
Requirements
We are looking for someone based in Singapore with 4-6 years of Singapore GST Advisory experience within an international accounting firm, as part of an in-house tax team or IRAS. Previous Financial Services GST experience will be advantages.
You should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business related field. An accreditation with SCTP would be an added advantage. We are looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills with an meticulous and analytical mind.
