Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management (40%)

  • Develop and manage the restaurant's social media content across key platforms: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

  • Create high-quality, mouth-watering visual content (photos, short-form videos, Reels, Stories) in-house that showcases our food, drinks, ambiance, team, and events.

  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for all posts, ads, and communications.

  • Manage day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate tone.

  • Stay on top of social media trends, especially in food and local dining.

Digital Advertising & Promotion (30%)

  • Plan, create, and manage paid social media ad campaigns to promote new menu items, special events, holiday offers, and drive traffic during slow periods.

  • Manage Google Ads (Search and Local Service Ads) to capture near me and intent-driven searches.

  • Set up and optimize campaigns for key objectives: brand awareness, website clicks, event RSVPs, and online ordering/delivery conversions.

  • Monitor ad spend, analyze performance, and report on ROI.

Website & Online Presence Management (15%)

  • Ensure the restaurant's website is updated with current menus, events, hours, and contact information.

  • Work with the website host/designer on basic updates and optimizations for user experience and SEO.

  • Manage and optimize the restaurant's listings on relevant reservation platforms.

  • Implement basic local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results.

Email Marketing & CRM (10%)

  • Build and segment email lists (e.g., newsletter sign-ups, loyalty program members).

  • Help develop and manage a simple customer loyalty/rewards program via digital channels.

Analytics, Reporting & Strategy (5%)

  • Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels (engagement, reach, website traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition).

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to management.

  • Use data to make informed recommendations and adjustments to the overall digital marketing strategy.
