Specialize in curry preparation and tandoor cooking techniques
Specialize in veg and non-vegetarian Biryani
Create and update menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
Control food and labor costs through efficient portioning, inventory management, and waste reduction strategies while maintaining food quality.
Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold the restaurant's standards and exceed guest expectations.
Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including staff supervision and training
Requirements:
Minimum 2 yrs of Proven experience as a chef specializing in South & North Indian cuisine, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Preferrable masters graduate
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication skills in English knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Familiarity with kitchen management software and inventory systems
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
