Key Responsibilities
- Menu Preparation: Prepare authentic Indian dishes (e.g., curries, Tandoor, Dosas, Sambar) following traditional methods.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage high-volume cooking during peak hours, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (cleaning equipment, maintaining, sanitizing stations).
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle inventory, and minimize waste to manage food costs.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with the team to meet customer expectations and, in some cases, lead the kitchen section
