Job Description


Position Overview: 

We are seeking a strategic sales leader and market builder to scale our India business by driving high-value engagements across Generative AI, Data, Cloud Modernisation, and Digital Engineering. This role will be responsible for acquiring new logos, accelerating account growth, and building a robust pipeline by effectively positioning and selling our services and AI-led solutions in alignment with our broader business objectives.

What you'll do: 

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from initial client engagement through deal closure, acting as a trusted consultant by understanding client needs and proposing innovative, value-driven solutions.
  • Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurturing customer relationships into high-value engagements
  • Build a robust pipeline of GCC opportunities through market mapping, industry connects, and outbound efforts
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and partner-led opportunities.
  • Lead consultative selling of digital technology services, including web and mobile engineering, cloud modernisation, AI solutions and UX-led product development across key geographies.
  • Position TO THE NEW as a trusted AI and digital engineering partner in the India market
  • Leverage and co-sell with strategic partners (e.g., hyperscalers, platform providers, etc) to drive pipeline generation and accelerate deal closures
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns that create new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through CRM tools.

What you need:

  • 8-12 years of experience in selling technology offerings  in the Indian market
  • Possess a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the target geographies
  • Passion for hunting and closing big-ticket deals with enterprise clients
  • Strong experience or exposure to the GCC (Global Capability Centre) ecosystem
  • Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the client organisations and articulate complex technology solutions 
  • Experience working with global delivery or offshore-onshore models.
  • Ability to keep himself/herself abreast of the latest technology and business trends
