Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily customer enquiries and order processing
  • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales customer service
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve and/or follow up on operational issues
  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Qualifications:

  • GCE O Level or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Friendly and confident personality with a customer-focused approach

Other Requirements:

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
  • Able to work rotational shifts as part of a 5-day work week
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Rotational Off Day: Either Wednesday or Saturday
