Job Description
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders
- No selling of products, No cold call
- Answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints
- Provide information to customers and service providers
- Verify data and entry into the system
Requirements:
- Willing to work at the Western part of Singapore (Taman Jurong Area)
- Knowledge of Customer service principles
- Knowledge of Singapore roads
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Good communication skills
