Job Duties and Responsibilities
- To perform troubleshooting/rectification of MDT/electronic system's fault in the taxi
- To reduce the number of repeated jobs by improving service standards
- To ensure that the repairing time of taxi in the shortest time
- To documentation all servicing/repair records are accurate
- To perform any other duties/assignments as instructed
Job Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in any engineering field
- At least 01 year of working experience preferably in Customer Service / Operation field
- Minimum Electrical/Electronic Troubleshooting Skill required
- Minimum knowledge of MS Office
