Job Description:
- Responsible for full set of account including of AP and AR Management with timely processing of Invoices, Payments and Back Charges
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of account
- Project costing analysis and project P&L account
- Yearend audit schedule, tax and audit matters with external tax agent and auditor
- GST Report and quarterly e-submission
- Cash flow management (receipt/ payment and bank reconciliation)
- Fixed Asset registration and schedule
- Recording and monitoring monthly project (Main-Con & Sub-Con) Retention
- Petty Cash Management
- To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Relevant experience in Construction Accounting field is a must
- Working Knowledge of Ms Office suites and QuickBooks will be a plus
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
