General Tasking
- Tasked with assisting QC/QA Engineer in day-to-day tasks as well as any other ad-hoc tasking
- Periodic and Timely inspection of in-process parts in the Production Department and reporting any findings to both Production and Quality Control Department Personnel.
Quality Control Specific Tasking
- Understand/Familiarization as well as Application of the Various inpection Equipment in the Shop Floor (Micrometer, Microscope, Profile Projector, Vernier Calipers, Various Gauges, etc.)
- Timely communication of Out-of-spec dimensions to Quality Engineer and Production Engineer/Operator
- Aid in generating Quality Report for QC/QA engineer and to enforce Corrective Actions in the Production Floor are taken
- Troubleshooting of Engineering Problems and Quality Issues that arise during daily production
Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure 5S Standard is in Place and Enforced throughout Quality Control and Production Area
- Champion Workplace Improvement initiatives which directly affects the Competitiveness and Quality of the Company
- Continual Improvement of Individual skills and knowledge
