In-house Renovation Project Manager

Responsibilities:
. Plan, manage, and oversee execution of renovation and improvement projects from start to completion.
. Review project information, drawings, and design requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with objectives.
. Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and support smooth project delivery.
. Coordinate necessary approvals and permits to meet regulatory requirements.
. Collaborate with contractors and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while addressing and resolving discrepancies promptly.
. Drive achievement of project goals, timelines, and budgets in line with management expectations.
. Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety compliance at project sites.
. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, provide progress visibility, and address bottlenecks.
. Define and track key performance indicators to ensure projects deliver measurable results.
. Perform other duties assigned by management as required.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree holders with at least 5 years of experience in managing F&B renovation works
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
. Strong communication skills with the ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively
. Adaptable in fast-paced environments with a focus on delivering results
