We're Hiring | In-House Private Nurse / Medical Concierge (Private Client Mandate) | Singapore

Origin Private Office is seeking an exceptional In-House Private Nurse / Medical Concierge to provide dedicated clinical and wellness support for a Principal based in Singapore.

This is not a traditional home-care nursing role. You will serve as the Principal's primary clinical point of contact and oversee a broad range of responsibilities, including:

✅ Continuous monitoring, tracking and management of the principal's health conditions

✅ Administration of prescribed care, treatments and medication

✅ Specialist referral and appointment management across Singapore's healthcare system

✅ Wellness, nutrition and lifestyle planning

✅ Health records, documentation and reporting

✅ Emergency preparedness and household health coordination

We are looking for a highly qualified professional who must have:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent formal clinical qualification, with a valid licence to practise recognised in Singapore (SNB registration or eligibility strongly preferred)
• 5+ years experience in private duty nursing, home care, or medical concierge services, ideally with UHNW or private clients
• Exceptionally strong clinical judgment and case management skills
• Exceptional discretion, professionalism and reliability
• Strong working knowledge of the Singapore healthcare landscape and specialist referral pathways
• Excellent English communication skills and full flexibility for a live-in, full-time commitment

REPORTING TO: The Principal

LOCATION: Singapore (live-in, principal residence)

CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time

START DATE: Immediate

TRAVEL: As required, accompanying the principal by exception
