Creating and maintaining legal infrastructure for new and existing products and services of the Company, ensuring their compliance with the Company's contractual obligations
Research and analysis of laws and regulations relevant to the Company's product portfolio (AML/KYC, fintech, crypto, gambling, data protection, AI, etc.) in various jurisdictions (APAC, MENA, EU, or otherwise as may be required), translating the results into documentation for internal and external use OR easy-to-understand rules for tech developers
Supporting business negotiations on behalf of the legal department
In collaboration with the GR team: enhancing the Company's recognition as a Regtech company by authorities, self-regulatory organisations, professional associations, etc.
Advising non-legal colleagues (product, business development, marketing, customer success, etc.) on a wide range of regulatory and legal matters, providing internal training where necessary
Participating (voluntarily and if you are interested) in online and offline regional sales and expert events (webinars, forums, conferences, etc.) where the Company is represented (including traveling abroad where necessary) and
be required to observe at all times all policies and procedures that the Company may adopt from time to time.
