In-House Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an In-House Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer located in Singapore. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documents, managing contract negotiations, and addressing corporate legal issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and provide support on a variety of corporate legal matters.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and expertise in Law, including corporate legal frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
• Ability to address and resolve Legal Issues and provide sound Legal Advice
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience working in a corporate legal environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification
