Job Description

Import and Export Firm trading is looking for a Shipping Executive.

Main responsibilities

To be responsible for the physical trade including
prepare sales/ purchase contracts
prepare and liaise with banks for financing applications-monitor shipment status
prepare sales invoices and other documents-check shipping documents and arrange for accounts to make payment/ draw down import loans-handle export documentation
prepare insurance coverage, including monthly declarations to the insurers
upkeep trade records
To assist in claims (Calculation of claims etc.)

Requirements

At least Diploma
Experienced in shipping documentation.
Strong organizational skills
Team player and have ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
Can start work immediately is advantageous
