About Company:

Our client is a global integrated logistics company engaged in the warehousing, transport, and forwarding. They offer optimal logistics through their reliable expertise about cargo and their diverse line-up of services.

Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end import and export operations for smooth shipment execution.

- Coordinate & liaise with carriers, transport and shipping vendors.

- Monitor shipment timelines, status and resolve delays or operational issues proactively.

- Serve as main contact for clients, providing updates and handling queries.

- Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, permits, invoices).

- Maintain accurate documentation, billing, record-keeping and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations

- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excels, Words, PowerPoints, etc) and other relevant software

Compensation:

- Working location: South West, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm

- AWS

- Variable Bonus

- OT Pay
