Implementation Project Manager (Contract) #dl

Responsibilities:

. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery.

. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across all levels of the organization.

. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and validate deliverables against business needs.

. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and successful project delivery.

. Run governance routines, senior working groups, and prepare project dashboards and reports.

. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies between workstreams.

. Manage project financials, resource planning, and variance tracking.

. Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to improve reporting and forecasting.

. Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI integration within project workflows.

. Support change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes.

. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards.

Requirements

• 8+Years of experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Ops SME in Project
• Good/ excellent in stakeholder management
• Solid knowledge of ops lifecycle
• Good to have - exposure to co-pilot/AI
