The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco

Join Moloco for an opportunity to play a dual-role of enabling our client's success from the very beginning of their journey and drive sustained growth in the dynamic SEA region. This role combines the critical onboarding function of an Implementation Manager with the long-term strategic partnership of a Senior Growth Manager.

You will be partnering closely with both Growth and New Business teams and be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a flawless launch and then serving as a trusted advisor to help them scale their mobile business.

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is a natural problem-solver, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

What You'll Do

Onboarding & Implementation (First 90 Days)

  • Lead the initial onboarding process for new advertisers together with the New Business Sales Director, ensuring a smooth and effective transition from the sales team.
  • Implement and launch new campaigns with meticulous attention to detail to ensure they are set up accurately and aligned with client KPIs.
  • Work closely with new clients to optimize and stabilize campaigns, providing clear, actionable insights to achieve their goals during the crucial first 90 days.
  • Prepare accounts for a seamless handover to the long-term growth team, ensuring a clear, data-driven strategy is in place.

Growth & Strategic Partnership (Post-90 Days)

  • Act as the client's go-to programmatic expert, building strong, long-term relationships with top-tier advertisers.
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to identify and pitch incremental opportunities that align with client's growth objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide valuable insights and translate complex data into compelling insights and narratives that influence client decision-making.
  • Lead multiple partnerships, client meetings, and business reviews to ensure ongoing success and scale.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to help build and iterate on new client solutions.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Stay current on mobile ecosystem trends and translate them into actionable insights for clients.
  • Help shape product innovation by relaying client needs to internal teams

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of mobile advertising experience in Account Management / Customer Success / Programmatic Marketing.
  • Proven track record of servicing and growing advertiser accounts.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech.
  • Experience managing digital campaign implementation and optimization.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable strategies.
  • Strong ownership mentality, problem-solving curiosity, and growth mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) and native-level Vietnamese.
