The PositionSummaryAs an intern with the Implementation team, you will support high‑priority projects across the full product implementation lifecycle—requirements analysis, product configuration, integration and data migration, API/functional testing, UAT support, and deployment readiness—to help deliver scalable healthcare technology solutions for our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in requirement & design workshops; capture user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria; help translate business needs into solution blueprints.Configure product rules, benefits, tariffs and workflows in line with implementation scope; prepare/update configuration reference materials.Support integration work (REST/JSON APIs): create Postman collections, draft request/response examples, verify mappings, and log interface defects.Assist with data migration and environment readiness (sandbox/pre‑prod): run sanity checks, validate data loads, and track issues to closure.Execute and document SIT/UAT test cases; reproduce defects; manage re‑tests and sign‑off artifacts in collaboration with business and engineering.Prepare training and user materials (quick start guides, configuration how‑tos) and contribute to onboarding documentation for clients and internal teams.Support go‑live and change management activities (cutover checklists, deployment notes, post‑release triage).Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, telemetry/usage insights and recommending configuration or process optimisations.
What You Will GainExposure and hands-on practical experience in Technology. Direct, hands‑on exposure to the implementation lifecycle: requirements analysis, configuration, integration/data migration, test execution/UAT, and deployment. Gain direct experience on high‑impact client delivery projects within the rapidly evolving healthcare technology and data context.Mentorship and team collaboration. Supervised by an experienced Implementation team member who will work with you on your development goals. You will also have a chance to collaborate across the team in a supportive environment.Contribute to a meaningful mission. What We Are Looking ForExperience and QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Business Analytics, or related field.Foundational skills in requirements documentation (UML/BPMN), SQL, Postman/SOAP UI, and basic scripting (e.g., Python/JavaScript) are advantageous.Comfort with API concepts, test case writing, defect tracking, and collaborating in Agile, cross‑functional teams.Strong communication and attention to detail; able to learn quickly and work independently with guidance.Interest in healthcare technology; familiarity with claims processing or HL7 FHIR standards is a plus.
