Job Description

• Manage and oversee import and export department day to day tasks
• Ensure customer satisfactory by maintaining good relationships with customer
• Ensure coordination with Production department with scheduled planning of orders
• Check and manage customer prices are updated
• Prepare analytic report and statistics to provide review for management on current export sales.
• Plan for overseas exhibition and training trips for distributors
• Organise local exhibition (E.g. FHA) to ensure exposure of our brand to global market
• Work with Culinary Development team on training decks and samples preperation requirements
• Any other duties assigned.
