Job Description

Position: Impacts and Assurance Associate

Department: Impacts and Assurance

Reporting: Impacts and Assurance Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Range: SGD 42,000-60,000/year, depending on experience (excluding employer CPF).

Other Benefits: Hybrid working arrangements, learning and development budget support,

multi-stakeholder, voluntary membership organisation committed to improving the socioeconomic and

environmental performance of the natural rubber value chain. With over 300 members representing

ABOUT YOU

You are driven by a passion to contribute to meaningful change in the tropical commodity sector. You

ensure that smallholders are informed, engaged, and effectively represented in GPSNR activities.

With strong communication and project management skills, you support the monitoring and

implementation of Shared Investment Mechanism projects. You are organized and able to manage

multiple responsibilities across administration, finance, and communications. You work well

independently, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively in diverse team environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Engage with GPSNR smallholder members and coordinate their participation in national and international engagements, as well as in relevant GPSNR workstreams (e.g., assurance model, shared responsibility). Manage logistics for smallholder involvement in key events and meetings, including travel arrangements and translation services.
  2. Manage and enhance smallholder-related workstreams, such as the GPSNR Digital Knowledge Sharing Platform. Support the implementation of the smallholder policy-equivalent and promote platform-related initiatives accordingly.
  3. Co-facilitate the Project Management Working Group and the Shared Investment Mechanism (SIM), including supporting the logistics and coordination of meetings.
  4. Assist in monitoring and managing SIM projects to ensure alignment with contractual requirements, organizational goals, and the delivery of impactful outcomes.
  5. Support SIM and smallholder engagement activities through administrative, financial, and communication-related tasks.
  6. Provide support to other workstreams/working groups, organizational processes, and collaborate with team members to plan and execute GPSNR events and activities.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned, with openness to evolving duties in response to organizational needs and priorities.

. Ability to handle a broad range of responsibilities, including administration, finance, and

multitasking effectively.

. Willingness to contribute to the development and maintenance of strategies, procedures, and

documentation to support platform operations.

. Willingness to travel as needed.

ADVANTAGEOUS COMPETENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

. Proficiency in second languages, particularly Thai, Bahasa Indonesia or French.

. Prior experience in stakeholders engagement, engaging with smallholder communities or

managing projects

. Familiarity with working in a multistakeholder, international environment.
