Hospital Facilities Senior/ Engineer (EHS/ Electrical)

What you'll be doing

• Support overall facilities and systems management, including maintenance of buildings and infrastructure

• Assist in project management for new construction, upgrading, and improvement works

• Develop and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programmes

• Manage and coordinate service partners, vendors, and contractors

• Provide technical support and advisory to internal stakeholders and user departments

• Support compliance with statutory requirements, including fire safety, environmental sustainability (e.g. Green Mark), and workplace safety

• Participate in risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations

• Prepare reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Facilities Management / Power / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering or related studies

• 2 - 5 years working experience in facilities management, electrical systems, or EHS functions

• Familiarity with building systems, maintenance practices, and/or safety regulations

• Experience in managing contractors and service providers

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments is an advantage

• Certified and registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO), Fire Safety Manager Cert is an added advantage
