The Immigration Specialist provides expert guidance and end-to-end support for high-net-worth clients from China on residency, work permits, and citizenship matters. This role works within the Corporate Services team, offering personalized solutions that align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and corporate mobility objectives. Discretion, cultural sensitivity, and high-touch client service are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Business development and managing full spectrum of case process from proposal, initiation to advising on issuance of passes
- Liaising with clients and assisting with the application of the relevant Singapore work and dependant's passes
- Providing application overview, collating clients documents / information and addressing clients queries
- Preparing immigration advice for clients and notifications on changes in the relevant authorities (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) requirements and rules for clients
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of Singapore Permanent Resident application
- Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes
Requirements
- Possess a university degree or equivalent in any field of study
- At least 3 or more years of relevant industry experience in Immigration, Banking or Professional Services
- Strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills
- Personable with good communication skills and passionate about client service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Mandarin is necessary to serve clients from China
- CEI Certification (Basic) is highly preferred! (Must be willing to take the certification before/within probation of joining)
