What You Can Expect

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration & Global Mobility Specialist to manage and support the end-to-end immigration and relocation processes for employees across multiple regions, with a primary focus on Singapore and Asia-Pacific. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with immigration laws while delivering a seamless mobility experience for employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of immigration processes, including work passes, visas, renewals, cancellations, and permanent residency applications in Singapore and other jurisdictions as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR teams, and external vendors on immigration and mobility-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local immigration laws and regulations, including monitoring policy changes and advising stakeholders accordingly.
  • Coordinate relocation services with the external Relocation Management Company (RMC) and employee access to the RMC's benefits selection tool.
  • Audit vendor invoices for accuracy and reconcile inconsistencies and errors. Maintain vendor PO records and alert manager when funds are needed.
  • Partner with legal counsel, government authorities, and third-party providers to resolve complex immigration issues.
  • Support the adoption, development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and metrics on mobility trends, costs, and compliance status.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to Talent Acquisition recruiter, HR Business Partners and business leaders on mobility and immigration topics.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in immigration, global mobility, or a related HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore immigration laws and employment pass frameworks (e.g., Employment Pass, S Pass).
  • Experience managing cross-border employee mobility programs in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR ATS (Workday), ServiceNow ticketing and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with tax and social security implications of international assignments is an advantage.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with external immigration counsel and relocation vendors.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes in other APAC countries.
  • Certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CRP) is a plus.
