Job Summary
You will maintain and repair production machinery to optimize equipment effectiveness and reliability, ensuring compliance with quality standards and supporting continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair diverse production equipment to achieve optimal Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), maximize Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), and minimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
- Troubleshoot equipment using checklists, monitoring procedures, mini specifications, and engineering instructions to meet customer requirements and internal quality standards
- Perform real-time equipment troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and conduct scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and maintain a clean, safe production facility
- Handle materials properly to minimize scrap and waste
- Execute daily 5S housekeeping and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to sustain operational excellence
- Collaborate effectively as a responsible team member with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Manufacturing experience is advantageous
- Entry-level candidates are welcome as training will be provided
