Job Description

Assist ILS Manager to generate the various Reliability & Availability (RAM) and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Excel tables Reports in accordance to contractual format and requirement.
Assist ILS Manager to monitoring and track all RAM and ILS contract deliverables status of designated project.
Assist ILS Manager to monitoring and track all RAM and ILS Minutes of Meeting Action Item completion status of designated project.
Assist ILS Manager to arrange and take minutes of all RAM and ILS related meeting.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering / Computing / Communication
Minimum 2 years related experience in the similar field will be added advantage
Proficient in MS Excel and Words
Strong in presentation skills with good networking & interpersonal skillsets
Experience in project coordination will be an added advantage
