Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading & managing all facilities management functions, including maintenance, inspections, safety, and tenant services.
  • Coordinate with client representatives on outstanding works, defect rectification, & maintenance schedules.
  • Supervise emergency repairs, breakdowns, & provide technical support to teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee (PTW) processes & ensure compliance with statutory and workplace safety regulations.
  • Manage WSH, including review of risk assessments and conducting spot checks.
  • Oversee operational reporting, including monthly progress reports, certification of completed works, & VO.
  • Handle tenant-related issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide support contract administration & operational budgeting as required.

Requirement:

  • Must be Certified Facilities Management Expert Tier 2
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
