What You'll Do
- Create & Ideate: Pitch ideas, write scripts, and produce engaging short- and long-form video content
- Film & Edit: Shoot and edit videos that are both informative and scroll-stopping
- Design Visuals: Create thumbnails, covers, and simple graphics to elevate content
- Write Copy: Craft captions and ad copy, including simple Chinese content for Xiaohongshu
- Track Performance: Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights
What We're Looking For
- Available for a 3-6 months internship
- Strong interest in social media trends and digital content creation
- Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu
- Experience creating content (personal projects or school work welcomed)
- Comfortable being on camera when required
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Able to understand basic Chinese and comfortable creating or adapting simple Chinese content for Xiaohongshu (fluency not required)
- Proactive, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment
