Key Responsibilities:
- Support and resolve tickets related to Identity services
- Manage daily operations using Microsoft IDNA runbooks
- Handle tenant provisioning, account, and subscription management
- Perform incident management and service monitoring to ensure system stability, performance, and security
- Adhere to security and compliance processes, including certificate rotation
- Escalate unresolved issues to Microsoft
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- ≥2 years of coding experience (Engineer) / ≥5 years with team leadership experience (Specialist)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills self-driven with a strategic mindset
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to industry trends
- Programming Languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
- Knowledge of open-source tools and frameworks is an advantage
