About the Role
This role is within a wealth management banking environment specializing in Information Systems outsourcing and Banking Operations Processing for private banking players. The role supports the delivery of an Integrated Information System (S2i), and a full range of digital banking products and services.
The role also supports back office operations across Europe and Asia.
At the heart of the strategy, this role is looking for an IAM Analyst in charge of management of the creation, modification and departure of each digital identity, as well as all the access rights.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital identities and access rights across enterprise platforms
- Support provisioning, modification, and revocation of user access in line with policy, compliance standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify access needs and resolve IAM-related issues
- Provide guidance and information on managed systems to business users and stakeholders
- Deliver responsive support to end-users by addressing IAM-related inquiries and access issues
- Maintain frequent interaction with users through face-to-face, telephone, or digital channels to resolve access needs
- Enforce identity governance controls to maintain secure and auditable operations
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with project teams to integrate new applications into IAM processes and ensure proper access rights management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) or access rights administration
- At least 1 year of experience within the banking or financial services sector
- Familiarity with the financial regulatory environment and related compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Lotus Notes (exposure to other IAM tools or platforms is advantageous)
- Understanding of identity governance, provisioning workflows, and access control models
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining accountability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
