Identity and Access Management Consultant (OIG/OIM) - Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

• Design and implement IAM solutions using Oracle Identity Manager / Oracle Identity Governance.
• Develop custom connectors to integrate OIM with enterprise applications and systems.
• Build and configure OIM workflows, approval policies, and entitlement structures.
• Develop and customize self-service UI components for OIM.

Java Development:

• Perform secure Java development following best practices.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services.
• Reuse existing codebases and extend frameworks for custom IAM solutions.
• Build custom components such as event handlers, validation plugins, and scheduled tasks using Java APIs.

Administration and Platform Management:

• Administer and manage OIM environments across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
• Ensure IAM platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor system performance, stability, and health of IAM solutions.

Security and Compliance:

• Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with security teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support audit and compliance requirements through reporting and controls.

Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide support to end users on access-related requests and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OIM implementations.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.
