Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic IAM Senior Consultant/Lead who combines strong architectural design capabilities with hands-on implementation expertise. This role is ideal for a security professional who can translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions, while actively driving deployment and integration across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end IAM solutions across enterprise environments
  • Translate business and security requirements into scalable IAM architectures and technical designs
  • Lead and support implementation of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM
  • Configure, deploy, and integrate IAM tools with applications, directories, and cloud platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure seamless IAM integration
  • Drive identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance processes
  • Support Zero Trust initiatives and modern authentication frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and optimise IAM solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
  • Contribute to automation and process improvements, including use of AI where relevant
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, MAS TRM)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • 510 years of experience in IAM / Cybersecurity, with both design and hands-on implementation exposure
  • Proven experience working with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorisation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Hands-on experience in system integration, scripting, and API-based implementations
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures
  • Good understanding of identity governance, access controls, and privileged access management
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced project environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
