We are looking for a dynamic IAM Senior Consultant/Lead who combines strong architectural design capabilities with hands-on implementation expertise. This role is ideal for a security professional who can translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions, while actively driving deployment and integration across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end IAM solutions across enterprise environments
- Translate business and security requirements into scalable IAM architectures and technical designs
- Lead and support implementation of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM
- Configure, deploy, and integrate IAM tools with applications, directories, and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure seamless IAM integration
- Drive identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance processes
- Support Zero Trust initiatives and modern authentication frameworks
- Troubleshoot and optimise IAM solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
- Contribute to automation and process improvements, including use of AI where relevant
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, MAS TRM)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 510 years of experience in IAM / Cybersecurity, with both design and hands-on implementation exposure
- Proven experience working with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Strong knowledge of authentication and authorisation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Hands-on experience in system integration, scripting, and API-based implementations
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures
- Good understanding of identity governance, access controls, and privileged access management
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced project environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
