Our client is one of A1 Main Contractor Firm, and they are looking for hire a IDD Specialist to join their Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project delivery through collaboration and effective use of BIM and digital solutions.

• Perform BIM model checks and audits to identify discrepancies and reduce construction risks.

• Ensure compliance with project information requirements, modelling standards, and exchange protocols.

• Identify, assess, and implement digital and automation solutions based on business needs.

• Evaluate technical specifications and feasibility of digital applications for acquisition or development.

• Analyse data to assess productivity improvements in time, cost, and quality.

• Coordinate with vendors to deliver digital solutions within agreed timelines.

• Provide guidance, testing support, and training input to build digital capability across project teams.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Building, Architecture, Industrial Design, Facilities Management, or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure).

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction projects entry-level candidates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.

• Familiarity with BIM and digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and ACC is an advantage.

• Experience with BIM authoring, model review, and digital solution tools is preferred.

• Good technical aptitude and interest in IT and digital technologies.

• Strong interest in BIM/VDC and construction productivity.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Working hours: Depending on Project
• Salary: up to S$5,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
