ICT & SS Risk Specialist

Job Scope:

ERM Portal Development: Assist with updating and maintaining company's ERM portal by organizing risk management content, creating user-friendly materials, and ensuring information remains accessible for the community.

KRI Reporting Process: Support the quarterly KRI reporting cycle by tracking data submissions from risk owners, sending reminders, consolidation inputs, and assisting with basic report preparation.

Dashboard Automation: Coordinate between risk management team and technical teams to develop KRI dashboards, checking data accuracy and documenting updates

Requirements:
Qualifications and Work Experience

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, or related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or business operations (internships and project work included).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and visualization techniques (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Skills

• Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in event logistics and project coordination.
• Experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders or supporting administrative operations.
• Interest in technology applications in risk management (e.g., dashboards, automation).
• Experience with content creation or portal/website maintenance.

Working Hours: To be discussed with supervisor (42 hours/week)
Contract Period: 1 year (01/03/2026 to 01/03/2027)
