ICT & SS Risk Specialist (Government)

Job Scope

The role supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function by assisting with portal management, Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting, and dashboard automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• ERM Portal Development: Assist in updating and maintaining the ERM portal by organising risk management content, developing user-friendly materials, and ensuring information remains current and accessible to internal stakeholders.

• KRI Reporting Process: Support the quarterly KRI reporting cycle by tracking data submissions from risk owners, issuing reminders, consolidating inputs, and assisting with basic report preparation.

• KRI Dashboard Automation: Coordinate between risk management and technical teams to support the development of KRI dashboards, including data accuracy checks and documentation of updates and changes.

Required Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or business operations (internships and project-based experience included).

• Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Basic understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance processes.

• Strong organisational, documentation, and communication skills.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders or supporting administrative and operational activities.

• Interest in applying technology to risk management, including dashboards and automation.

• Experience in content creation and/or portal or website maintenance is an advantage.
