The role supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function by assisting with portal management, Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting, and dashboard automation initiatives.
ERM Portal Development: Assist in updating and maintaining the ERM portal by organising risk management content, developing user-friendly materials, and ensuring information remains current and accessible to internal stakeholders.
KRI Reporting Process: Support the quarterly KRI reporting cycle by tracking data submissions from risk owners, issuing reminders, consolidating inputs, and assisting with basic report preparation.
KRI Dashboard Automation: Coordinate between risk management and technical teams to support the development of KRI dashboards, including data accuracy checks and documentation of updates and changes.
Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
0-2 years of relevant experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or business operations (internships and project-based experience included).
Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Basic understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance processes.
Strong organisational, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders or supporting administrative and operational activities.
Interest in applying technology to risk management, including dashboards and automation.
Experience in content creation and/or portal or website maintenance is an advantage.
