RESPONSIBILITIES

. Manage and support production security platforms, with a focus on the Elastic Stack.
. Design, deploy and maintain large-scale Elastic Stack environments.
. Manage data ingestion, indexing, monitoring and analytics.
. Support Kafka environments and related integrations.
. Perform Linux administration across RHEL/Ubuntu environments.
. Develop automation and scripts using Python or Bash.
. Implement automation and CI/CD processes using Ansible or equivalent tools.
. Provide production support, troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement.

SKILLS NEEDED

. 7+ years of overall professional experience, with 4-5 years of relevant experience in large-scale Elastic Stack environments.
. Strong production experience with the Elastic Stack is mandatory.
. Hands-on experience with Kafka.
. Strong Linux administration skills across RHEL/Ubuntu.
. Minimum 2 years of Python or Bash scripting/programming experience.
. Experience with Ansible or equivalent automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
. Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
. Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities.
. Banking/financial services experience is an advantage.
