Responsibilities
• Execute tasks in accordance with the approved workplan and deliver assigned initiatives, including tracking, managing, and escalating issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Work closely with the team and System Owners on contract renewal and technology refresh initiatives, including:
o Supporting the analysis of solution options; and
o Coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
• Support, standardise, and enhance audit, exit audit, and annual self-assessment activities across systems, including identifying opportunities for workflow automation.
• Co-lead process improvement and automation initiatives, for example:
o Optimising licence management processes for applications;
o Standardising and improving application hardening, third-party audits, exit audits, and annual self-assessments; and
o Automating workflows to support reviews such as application logs, user access and matrix reviews, and password management.
• Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Government ICT policies, security standards, and risk management requirements.
• Build strong partnerships with operational and planning stakeholders to support smooth system implementations and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client's digital strategy.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 6 years of ICT experience with demonstrated success in local project delivery, including a minimum of 3 years of proven local experience in enterprise system implementation and vendor coordination.
• Strong follow-through and discipline in tracking issues and actions across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with governance and compliance requirements within ICT environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare documentation and presentation slides.
Preferred Skillsets / Experience
• Working knowledge of cloud environments and process optimisation.
• Local working experience involving at least 1 cloud-hosted project and 1 IT audit.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional certifications such as CITPM, PMP, or Agile certifications.
