ICT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and support ICT infrastructure (network, servers, backup, desktop).
• Oversee data centre and server room operations to ensure service continuity.
• Execute infrastructure projects and enhancements in collaboration with teams and vendors.
• Monitor, maintain, and resolve infrastructure issues with service providers.
• Handle procurement, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Support application systems and architecture governance to ensure sustainable operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in enterprise ICT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of network/server technologies and infrastructure security.
• Experience in data centre operations, vendor management, and networking.
• Familiarity with government IT infrastructure (advantageous).
• Proactive, organised, and strong communication skills.
