We design system architectures that are reliable, meet data privacy standards and can be integrated with external systems using industry standard protocols. Our Smart Buildings consultants have a practical working knowledge of the delivery of solutions that integrate sensors, networks, and software applications.

We are seeing growth in the Smart Buildings space in Singapore (and beyond) and we are looking for an equally passionate consultant to join our dedicated Smart Buildings team.

We are currently recruiting for an ICT Consultant (permanent role) to join our Digital and Building Technology team. This position will be based in our Singapore Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ICT / Smart Buildings projects, either as discrete packages, or part of a wider suite of consulting services from our Buildings Service Team
• Develop ICT /Smart Buildings solutions and design deliverables including concept and detail design documentation, tender specifications and contribute to tender evaluation and contract award
• Work with ICT / Smart Building system vendors to deliver solutions for new construction and upgrade projects.
• Provide site monitoring services during the installation and commissioning phases of projects involving ICT / Smart Building solutions.
• Provide ICT / Smart Buildings technology advice to clients (internal and external)
• Lead or support bid responses for ICT / Smart Building opportunities.
• Support Lead Consultant / Job Manager in the execution of project workstreams, capture and analyse user, business and operational requirement and to document end-to-end business process flow, identifying gaps and address potential risk
• Assist in preparation of reports, schematics, design documents, specifications and proposals
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training activities.

Pre-Requisites

• Degree in relevant technology or engineering specialisation (e.g. electronics engineering, ICT, building services engineering)
• Good understanding of the practical application of digital technologies in the built environment, including Smart systems, IoT, building system technologies, Structured cabling system, wireless and wired networks, security and access control, AV technologies, systems integration
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and exercise initiatives
• A team player, able to interact and work with colleagues and member of other consultants at various levels
• Schedule driven and self-motivated
