Job Description:
We're looking for energetic and friendly team members to join our ice cream crew! You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality products and great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ice cream and gelato according to standard procedures
- Follow recipes and SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service - even during busy times.
- Handle cashier duties with accuracy.
- Assist with other tasks as directed by the cook or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid food handler certificate.
- Team player with a positive attitude able to work well under pressure during peak hours.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures (cold prep areas, warm storefront).
- Able to commit to scheduled shifts, especially on weekends and public holidays.
