Infinit Group Pte Ltd is seeking a talented IBM FileNet Specialist (P8) to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be based in the Central Region and will be responsible for leading the migration of our core software systems to the latest technologies. As a IBM FileNet Specialist (P8), you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless transition and the continued success of our business.

Objective: Rehost IBM FileNet P8 platform (CPE/AE/ICN) onto GCC Azure VMs and migrate repository content/workflows with validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lift-and-shift migration of IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine (e.g., 5.5.5.0), Application Engine, and IBM Content Navigator (e.g., 3.0.8.0) to Azure VMs.

• Configure FileNet P8 domain/object stores, security settings, and integrate with directory services as-is.

• Implement clustering/high availability approach suitable for Azure IaaS.

• Execute document repository migration and validation (counts, spot-checks, workflow execution checks).

• Test and validate FileNet workflows and business processes post-migration.

• Coordinate with DB team for FileNet database dependencies and connection configuration.

• Provide operational support during cutover and hypercare deliver FileNet runbooks and KT.

Required Skills / Experience

• Extensive experience (5-8 years) as a IBM FileNet Specialist.

• IBM FileNet P8 administration (CPE), AE, and IBM Content Navigator configuration.

• Experience with FileNet clustering/HA and workflow configuration.

• Java-based FileNet customisations/API integration experience.

• Repository migration experience (document management) with validation methods.

• Understanding of SQL Server integration with FileNet.

• Working knowledge of Azure IaaS fundamentals to partner effectively with Infra Engineer.
