IAM Engineer

Perform technical support of IAM solutions support issues reported by users and perform fixes, ensuring that the system is properly maintained.
Ensure the stability, health, and performance of IAMS implementation and make sure SLA requirements are met.

2 to 4 years of experience in IAM domain with hands-on experience in developing, implementing, or architecting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) solutions

1 to 2 years of experience with technical architecture, including integrating identity management and access governance software

Knowledge of OutSystems is advantageous but not mandatory

Required to work 8-hour rotating shifts scheduled between 7am to 7pm
