We are looking for a hands-on Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineering Lead to design, develop and implement enterprise-scale identity solutions. The role will focus on building and delivering integrations, automation, and new capabilities across SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk PAM, and Ping Identity.
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure and enhance IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity.
- Develop custom connectors, workflows, and APIs for provisioning, certification, and policy enforcement.
- Engineer secure integrations with cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS, GCP) and on-premise systems.
- Create automation scripts and tools to streamline IAM processes and deployments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reusable components for IAM services.
- Perform product upgrades, patching, and new capability rollouts for SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping.
- Conduct unit testing and peer code reviews to ensure quality and security of IAM solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentoring to junior IAM engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues during implementation.
Requirements:
- 6-10+ years in Identity & Access Management with a strong focus on engineering aspects.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk PAM, and Ping Identity (SSO, MFA, Federation).
- Proficient in programming/scripting (Java, Python, PowerShell, REST APIs).
- Experience building IAM integrations with cloud and on-premise platforms.
- Knowledge of identity protocols and standards: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible) to automate IAM deployments.
- Ability to lead a team of engineers and ensure timely delivery of technical builds.
