Good to have skills:

• Familiarity with value positioning and business case for AI/ML-powered forecasting techniques — predictive analytics, anomaly detection, scenario modelling, and rolling forecast automation using tools like Azure ML, Amazon forecast, or Agentic/Gen-AI powered tools like, or embedded AI in EPM platforms
• Exposure to Multi-agent AI frameworks (LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen) for FP&A workflow automation — e.g., narrative generation, variance analysis agents, commentary drafting
• Hands-on experience with EPM/CPM planning platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, Workday Adaptive, SAP BPC/Analytics Cloud) for budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based modelling

Job Summary:Process Excellence leads high-impact Finance & Accounting transformation engagements for global clients, combining deep process domain expertise across financial planning & analysis with AI-enabled operating model design and executive advisory capability.
