Hybrid Infrastructure Technical Architect

Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for our hybrid infrastructure, aligning with business objectives and future growth.

Design robust, scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex projects, including data center modernization, cloud migrations, and hybrid cloud integration.

Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends (e.g., AI/ML infrastructure, edge computing, serverless architectures, AI Agentic Agents, Model Context Protocol).

Define and enforce infrastructure standards, best practices, and governance policies to ensure consistency, security, and compliance. Architect and optimize on-premises compute (virtualization - VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix), storage (SAN, NAS, object storage), and networking solutions.

Oversee the design and implementation of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core on-premises services.
Design and implement cloud-native and hybrid cloud solutions leveraging IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models on major public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Drive infrastructure automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Implement and enforce robust security controls and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) across all infrastructure components.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including application development, cybersecurity, network engineering, and business stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in an architectural role focusing on hybrid solutions.
