HVAC Designer

Responsibilities:
. Design and produce detailed drawings and technical documentation for project execution.
. Define project scope, highlight potential issues, and raise clarifications when required.
. Evaluate technical proposals and submissions for alignment with specifications.
. Prepare design reports and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
. Review and verify calculations, drawings, and specifications to maintain compliance with standards.
. Manage documentation workflows for construction drawings and related records.
. Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and approving requisitions.
. Coordinate external design activities and ensure smooth handover of design information.
. Conduct design briefings and support project teams during execution.
. Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
. At least 5 years of relevant experience in detailed mechanical design (e.g., HVAC, piping, plant services, or related systems)
. Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
. Knowledge of building mechanical systems and associated engineering principles
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
