HVAC Design Engineer (Construction/Mechanical) (YS81)

Responsibility:

• Lead HVAC design projects across pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data centre, and industrial facilities.
• Develop HVAC designs, calculations, layouts, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Prepare BIM models using Revit/SketchUp and review design submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, PE/QP, LDIs, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Support BOQ, value engineering, tendering, and technical evaluations.
• Provide site support and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or other related courses.
