HVAC Design Engineer (Cleanroom/ Datacenter projects)

We are seeking a knowledgeable HVAC Design Engineer to lead and support the design of HVAC systems for industrial and cleanroom facilities across sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Data Center, Food, Daily Chemical, and New Energy. The ideal candidate has strong technical grounding in mechanical engineering, is well-versed in relevant codes and standards, and is comfortable working on both domestic and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support industrial projects both domestically and internationally, including Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Data Center, Food, Daily Chemical, and New Energy facilities
• Independently develop HVAC design deliverables for Conceptual Design (CD), Basic Design (BD), and Detailed Design (DD) phases
• Apply knowledge of FDA/cGMP/ISO14644 standards and general engineering practices to design work
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and international standards such as IBC, IMC, ASHRAE, etc.
• Prepare and review design drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, CFD, and related tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams (architectural, electrical, process, etc.) to ensure integrated design solutions
• Travel for short business trips as required to support project execution and site coordination

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study
• Proficient in office software and AutoCAD-related tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, CFD, etc.
• Familiar with FDA/cGMP/ISO14644 standards and general engineering practices
• Knowledgeable in local building codes and international standards such as IBC, IMC, ASHRAE, etc.
• Willing to travel for short business trips
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional, multi-site project work

Preferred Qualities

• Prior experience designing HVAC systems for cleanroom or highly regulated facilities (pharmaceutical, semiconductor, etc.)
• Experience working on international projects or with multinational teams
• Familiarity with CFD simulation for airflow/contamination control analysis
