Job Descriptions
-Monitor and report the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and activities.
-Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
-Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
-Recruitment policy: employee hiring, on-boarding & off-boarding, conducts orientation for new staff, and overseeing the internship program.
-Work closely with the AGM and Assistant HR Manager to source, recruit and select the right talent for new/replacement positions, using appropriate hiring media approaches.
-Process government claims, training grants, and other relevant government grants
-Foreign worker related issues, including working permits application, renew or cancellation, tax clearance etc.
-Prepare warning letter, employment contracts, termination etc.
-Process payroll and handle payroll related matters.
-Handle work injury claims.
-Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate will act as a Human Resource Officer / Executive for this job position.
- Candidate must possess at least 2 Years of working experience in the related field
-Conversant with statutory payroll regulations.
-Experienced in resolving employee feedback and grievances
-Meticulous and systematic.
-Able to work independently.
-Able to start immediately.
-Good interpersonal skills, motivated & initiative team player.
